Business Contract Hire (BCH) is a popular choice amongst companies that have the need for a large fleet of vehicles. It works in the same way as personal contract hire/personal car leasing, the only difference being that business contract hire is only available to business customers.

Ideal for companies that need access to new vehicles immediately over a set period of time, BCH provides companies with a cost-effective way of doing this. At the end of the lease, it can either be extended or the vehicles can simply be returned at no extra cost should they be in a good condition.

How Business Contract Hire and Vehicle Leasing Works

Choose the vehicle you would like to lease - start by taking a good browse through website, where you will find competitive lease prices on all makes and models of cars and vans. Pendle also regularly update our site with new special offers. You are able to adjust the profile of your lease via our site, adjust initial payment, the number of years and the annual mileage. You can also add options and maintenance for a complete, bespoke quotation. If you can't find what you are looking for, or have any questions, feel free to contact a member of our team who will help you through it.
Complete a credit application - all of our leasing deals require a credit check to be complicated and subsequent credit approval. Start by choosing the relevant form for you: Business or Personal
After credit approval Pendle can then order the car for you. We will send you Vehicle Order Form which will detail everything you requested and would like to order. Upon receipt of the order form, we will raise your main contractual agreement - the Master Hire Agreement.
We are unable to deliver your vehicle until your 14 cooling off period has expired which Pendle have to give you by law. Once that is complete and your vehicle is in stock, we can deliver your new lease car!

With the car being brand new, it does not need an MOT until after 3 years. Taking out a 2 or 3 year lease will mean you don't have to worry about this at all! Taking out a 4 year lease means the car will require a MOT.
