Pendle Lease Join The Association of Fleet Professionals
All of us at Pendle Lease are constantly striving to further our education and tools available to improve the level of service we deliver to our customers. Recently, all our staff passed the Expert exams for Specialist Automotive Finance (SAF) and became SAF Approved. Looking to develop further, Pendle Lease joined the Associate of Fleet Professionals (AFP).
AFP are a not-for-profit industry body that offers its members a whole range of benefits that ultimately improve the level of service for customers. From support, advice, and guidance, to additional training through the AFP Fleet Academy training programmes and consultations on new legislation and government initiatives, AFP allows Pendle Lease to be one step ahead of our competitors when it comes to Business Contract Hire and Leasing for fleet customers. Networking alongside other Fleet Service Providers and Fleet Operators will be imperative in expanding our understanding of what fleet customers expected and need, as well as working alongside other partners to offer a broader range of total fleet solutions.
In the near future, our fleet team will be undergoing training and learning provided by the AFP Fleet Academy through the Fleet Vehicle Management Pathway. Working through the Introductory modules, all the way up to Advanced, the courses cover topics from:
- Fleet administrators and managers
- HR & finance
- Fleet service providers
- Motor manufacturers
- Contract hire & leasing
