The leasing industry is very competitive and, naturally, customers want the best price and the best service. The price Bradley had seen online was great... but not great enough. We managed to beat the price by £10 a month and not charge the £199 admin fee competitors were looking to charge Bradley. Now the lead time: could we get Bradley the car by the time his previous car went back?
Pendle Lease made sure that all of the necessary paperwork was in place as quickly as possible to avoid any delay. Within a day of ordering the car a delivery slot was booked in for 2 weeks... well within the 3 week lead time that Bradley needed the car by.
It was going so well.....
Sometimes things just come up! On the day of delivery we rang Bradley to confirm the driver was on his way. Unfortunately Bradley advised us that something urgent had come up and no one was going to be in for delivery. With such short notice the delivery could not be cancelled. Time was of the essence and our options were limited. We knew Bradley was local to the Pendle Lease office. Calls were made fast and we diverted the delivery agent to the Pendle Lease office, where Bradley could come and collect the car from us when he was ready. Day saved! Bradley arrived later in the afternoon extremely grateful he had not missed his stunning new BMW X3.
