Richard makes the switch to EV with his brand new Peugeot E-2008
It is always nice to hear that a customer has been recommended to Pendle Lease. In Richard's case, it was extra nice that he had contacted us as we have supplied cars for nearly all of his family. Finding the right car for Richard was of upmost importance.
Like many people nowadays, Richard spends a lot of time in his car doing a lot of miles. Whether our car is an extension of our office or just purely for pleasure, having the perfect car to spend a lot of our valued time in is integral for some. In Richard's case, the rise in fuel costs were costing him a fortune! Like many others, Richard had calculated that he could justify the higher monthly cost of an EV by off setting it against the fuel savings.

Getting the ball rolling
Pendle Lease assisted Richard with the credit application process, making it as smooth and hassle free as possible for him (if we may say so ourselves) and questions were answered promptly. The car was ordered and we were all ready to go.
A key thing for Richard was having the car as soon as possible. He was aware of the delay of new cars but the Peugeot E-2008 was ready relatively quickly.
Things were going too easy...
Of course, when something is going as smoothly and easy as it was for Richard, there is bound to be a bump in the road somewhere. Some minor delays were experienced on the shipment of Richard's car to the UK dealership. Fortunately, the car was built, so the only delays were shipping.
Nevertheless, Pendle Lease kept Richard up to date the whole way through with weekly updates.
Testament to Richard, he was fantastic; understanding, patient and courteous about the whole situation.
The delays were only a couple of weeks and delivery slot was booked at a time and place that of Richard's choosing!
